The design for this seat is based on the flower of the Lesser Floating Water Plantain

What better way to spend lockdown than carving? This seat will be part of a pond dipping platform I have designed in the shape of a Water Plantain leaf. It is just one element of a bigger project Lloyd and I are working on for the Canals and Rivers Trust at Aston Locks Nature Reserve in Shropshire.
