A tale of two totems
I’ve always loved totem poles after seeing my first at Windsor Great Park. I bought a book about them many years ago but I never thought I’d get to carve my own. At just over 3m high they are just babies, but you have to start somewhere.
These totems are a “thank you” to two special volunteers at Crossness Nature Reserve and incorporate a few of their favorite species as well as some of the tools of their trade.
